Brahman :

The absolute reality, the principle of life, the primal source of life.

Brahma :

The creator of the universe, the maker of the world.

Parbrahman :

The absolute reality beyond the universe.

Ishvara :

The controller of the universe,  the inner controller of everything.

Atman :

The principle of life in a individual being or creature. 

Jiva :

The individual soul having body. 

Paramatman :
