By Whose Inspiration Does The Mind Work?

With whose inspiration the mind, is attracted towards the object of concern? Who appoints lifeforce energy or vital life to start pulsating one is born? With whose inspiration do we talk with this faculty of speech? Which divine power fixes the functions of eyes and ears?
