Second Mantra of the Atharva veda –

Punarehi vachaspate devena manasa saha.
vasospate ni ramaya mayyevaastu mayi shrutam.

The original mantra in sanskrit –

पुनरेहि वचस्पते देवेन मनसा सह । वसोष्पते नि रमय मय्येवास्तु मयि श्रुतम् ॥२॥

Meaning of the mantra –

1. The lord or creator of phenomenal world is the giver of everything, and is known as vachaspati in this mantra

2. This lord is the giver of knowledge, power, wealth.

3. This lord is the master of the organ of speech
