Dissolution is the end of creation or the end of one cycle of evolutionary existence.
According to ancient Philosophy,
After dissolution at the end of one vikalpa time period, Creation starts again.
‘poorvakalpayat’ – Veda
Veda mantra describes that in the new Kalpa, manifestation takes place as per previous Kalpa.
Hence the sun, the Moon and the earth also get manifested.

As per the ancient philosophy & the veda mantra, God alone has the full knowledge of creation & dissolution.
