Wise people should always study the Rigveda, relying on God and righteous effort, and by accurately understanding the qualities and those who possess them, they should engage in excellent actions for the attainment of their goals through the proper use of all things, so that, by God’s grace, all people may experience increased happiness and prosperity. Everyone should always protect the people through good deeds and educate their children with excellent virtues, so that there may be an absence of serious diseases, obstacles, and thieves, and the people and their children may attain all kinds of happiness. This is the noblest work and the source of all happiness. O people! Let us all together give thanks to the Lord of the universe, who has created wondrous things in this world. That supremely merciful God, through His grace, always protects those who perform these righteous deeds.
